If you are in isolation and worried about not being able to get food/basic items or medication or you would just like someone to check in with you during this time please call 0113 378 1877 and you will be matched with a local volunteer who can help support you.
Here at the surgery we can make referrals into the local NHS Good Samaritan Volunteer Scheme for help also, you just need to contact us at the surgery to request a referral by contacting our reception on 0113 4677499 Option 2.

ARMLEY HELPING HANDS
If you are over 60 and live in LS12 Armley Helping Hands have teamed up with Karpaty bakery on town street and can offer deliveries of bread and bread rolls on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can call 0113 2799292 or email Dawn at [email protected]
